Garth Anderson, President

Garth is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). He works mainly with commercial clients, but is involved with personal lines as well. He is often armed with a camera; so he can take photos of homes, farm buildings, commercial buildings, etc. Garth is very busy in the community, working with the Rotary Club, the United Way, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, etc. He has been with the agency since 1988.

Sue Anderson

Sue is our Bookkeeper and works with all of the agency's accounting. She is also seen at the front counter and on the phone, helping with customer service. Sue has been with the agency since 1995.

Melissa Boyer

Melissa Boyer came to our agency in 1993. She is a customer service representative that can handle all of your personal lines insurance needs. She is a life long resident of Alma, and is married with two children.

Patty Allen

Patty Allen handles personal lines customers whose last names start with Q-Z. She started her insurance career with us in 1999. Patty resides in Ithaca with her husband and two children.

Katie Setterlund

Katie Setterlund is a licensed insurance agent who can help you with coverage for not only your home and auto, but your life insurance needs too. She has been serving her clients since July 2000. She and her family have been residents of Alma since 1997, moving here from Minnesota.

Jeannette Wilson

Our receptionist, Jeannette Browne, has been taking your calls and handling your payments since April 2001. She is always at the front desk to greet you with a smile, and to help direct you to where you need to go. Jeannette currently lives in Alma with her husband, Michael.

St. Louis Office

Phil Hoyt, Vice President

Phil is the agency Life and Health specialist. He has the designation of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) but is also involved in Personal Lines, when needed. Phil came to the agency in 1984 and has always been an active community leader, working with the Chamber of Commerce and having spent several years on the school board.

Beverly Detwiler

Beverly is Phil's assistant in the Life and Health area and helps with Personal Lines customer service, as well. She has been with the agency since 1992.

Vicki Henry

Vicki Henry, a life long resident of St Louis, has handled the personal lines insurance needs in our St Louis agency since 1999. She, along with the rest of our staff there, is happy to help you with your policies for home, auto, boat, etc.
